GPI Guaranteed Protection

· We guarantee any finish  applied by us to be free from defects. If the coating should flake, peel, or crack we will refinish it for free within the first six months.

· Should you have any question or problem please let us know, your satisfaction is our #1 priority.

 

· We will complete your order in a timely manner.  Normal turnaround time for a complete pistol  or rifle refinish is 14 days in our possession.  Please remember to add time for delivery from you to us and shipping time back to you.

· We use only the highest grade materials available today.  Upon completion of your order each product we work on is tested for function and performance.  Further, a Q.C. inspection is performed on each piece.  Please be aware there is a break in period after refinishing of any type of firearm.  (For further instructions on Break In procedures please review our FAQ section on “The Break In” Procedure both on our web site and included with the return of your firearm.)
